# Vybe-Check: Agent Context Pack

## Outcome

Develop an agreed creative brief for an image, with a visual priority, supplied anchors, relevant proposed choices, and reasons. Refine it through explicit acceptance while retaining prior versions. Continue to a video prompt only when requested. This pack carries the public essay's method; it grants no tool, spending, or publication authority.

## Establish The Context

Identify the intended viewer effect, output format, destination, visual priority, and continuity constraints. Assign each reference a role. Identity, object geometry, lighting, colour, composition, and styling are separate reference roles; incidental features aren't automatically instructions.

The essay uses Ari's Raptor summer shoot as a high-level case: establish a posed image series, refine the photographic language towards a casual early-2000s film look, preserve subject/vehicle/styling continuity, and continue a selected still into a fifteen-second walking-and-looking-back direction. Ari approved finished generated test-image uploads and public use of their generated likeness. The raw face references and identity pack remain private. The figures use the original selected generated still and precomputed Higgsfield reconstructions from approved finished still/video outputs. Controls select saved local images; they make no provider calls. Reconstructed look comparisons and illustrative revision numbers aren't the original archive. These images do not certify exact identity, markings or vehicle geometry.

## Apply Creative Decision Lenses

Use DOP, art direction, styling, continuity, and editing as perspectives on choices. No autonomous creative departments are implied. Record each useful decision as choice, reason, and consequence. Relate composition, camera position, subject action, light, environment, texture, and colour to the visual priority.

With a partial brief, ask one focused question if its answer changes the image. With an empty brief, offer a coherent proposal and meaningful alternative. With delegated creative development, choose and explain a relevant proposal. A complete brief and explicit prompt request can establish agreement to draft without a redundant interview.

## Keep Provenance Visible

- Supplied: Explicit user information or an accepted reference role.
- Inferred: Contextual interpretation open to correction.
- Proposed: Creative addition offered for agreement.
- Generated: Material originating in an exploratory generated output.

Review additions for contextual relevance and the continuity burden they create. In this case, the subject, original black Raptor, and early-2000s summer-film direction were supplied. Summer wardrobe and camera/lighting treatments were creative proposals. Chromatic aberration is a lens treatment, separate from film grain. Agreement or promotion doesn't convert generated material into supplied evidence. Generated studies retain their label and limitations.

## Refine And Retain

Name one axis to change and the successful decisions to preserve. Keep pending proposals separate from agreed text. Acceptance creates a new version related to its parent. Earlier versions remain available; selecting one doesn't erase later versions.

The public runtime validates named action payloads and expected revisions under a write lock. Drafts record base revision and base version. Accepted image drafts append from their named parent. Files use temporary writes and atomic replacement per file; that doesn't establish a multi-file transaction. Structural correctness still needs editorial review for creative fitness.

## Optional Still-To-Motion

Use the selected agreed image as the anchor, carrying locks and provenance into the video version. Preserve develops a restrained continuous action. Evolve develops a continuous progression. Multishot uses distinct shots with shared anchors. Define ordered timed action, camera intention, continuity, and an ending. Sound belongs only when requested.

The essay's 15-second examples use one zero-to-15 interval for Preserve and three contiguous five-second intervals for Evolve and Multishot. Their precomputed storyboards include the selected still, frames re-rendered from the completed walk test, and proposed views. They are authored continuations of the walking-and-looking-back case, not a claim that all three video modes were rendered or that a provider follows exact timing. The demo's motion experiments do not add a paid submission capability to the public candidate.

## Bound Optional Capabilities

The core needs no API key. Supported opt-in local ComfyUI studies require inspected service capabilities and an allowed core workflow. They use text conditioning; registered references aren't silently conditioning inputs. These studies explore framing, light, and colour and cannot certify an exact person, object, or reference match. Loopback alone doesn't guarantee third-party software privacy.

Optional Jev advice judges an explicitly prepared bounded question/options contract. It writes no prose, accepts no draft, changes no agreed bytes or locks, and submits no generation. Both advice routes are currently unavailable in this candidate because complete verified primary billing bounds have not been established. It requires inspected outbound strings, explicit bounded approval, current verified billing information, a chosen ceiling, and the native-store adapter. Native access can refuse or be unavailable; plaintext fallback is refused.

The public source is 0.1.0rc1. Source controls document implemented behaviour; independent installed native acceptance remains open. No paid image/video submission command is provided. The host supplies the conversational model and has its own data-handling behaviour.

## Share A Bounded Result

Exports select agreed prompts and allowlisted settings/version fields. They omit full sessions, private media-registry paths, and reference bytes. Recognised secret/path patterns are cleaned, but names and semantic fingerprints may remain. Inspect text before sharing. Saved local files aren't automatically encrypted.
