# Brainstorming Swarm V2: Agent Context Pack

## What The Essay Explains

Brainstorming Swarm V2 is a public, MIT-licensed written method for reaching a reviewed design decision. It frames the outcome, checks host capability, runs distinct discovery lenses, develops competing approaches, obtains separate critiques, checks the facts a preferred design needs, and stops for human approval. A written PRD receives a separate review before task planning.

## How To Start

2. Use the README's invented civic-library prompt for a first run.
3. Keep a campaign scope, role map, ledger, journal, and bounded digests.
4. Validate each digest's source clauses before accepting it. Only accepted work can feed a dependent stage.
5. Use `solo_analysis` when independent child agents are unavailable. Do not claim independent review for that mode.
6. Stop at the human design decision. Leave selection open when a necessary fact is unverified.

It does not certify exact model identity, concurrent computation, cancellation, or billing.
