    A qualm_ is something that annoys you and breaks your flow. The export that needs three clicks instead of one. The step that makes you think when you should just be doing. The friction you feel before you've even named it.

    How to send a good one

    • Title: one line, the shape of the qualm.
    • Body:what happens, when, what you've tried, what would unblock you.
    • Files: screenshots, recordings, logs — anything that shows the moment of friction.
    • Email: so I can reply if I post about yours.
